The story
Why a diner inside an arcade?
The founder grew up in California on diner culture — vinyl booths, fluorescent light, plates that stack. Singhs Diner brings that ritual to Sainte-Anne and runs it through a Punjabi-American kitchen built with Chef Nitz.
The same kitchen handles event catering for birthdays, corporate buyouts, and everything in between.
